His passion is for new technologies to help the business grow and consistently provide a quality product, on time and on budget, for all consumers.

Silvano has been with the company since 2017. His extensive knowledge and 34 years ’ experience in the steel framing Industry makes him a valuable member of the management team.

Stephen
Commonly known as “Bulla”, has 25 years’ experience within the construction industry. Bulla manages the production staff and is committed to ensuring that our products are delivered in full and on time, every time.
Senior Building Designer / Production and Operations Coordinator
William
Will has been in the Building Design role with the company since 2010. His adaptability and general knowledge of systems and procedures has also earned him the title of Production and Operations Coordinator.
Estimating and Purchasing Officer
Venro
Venro started with the company in 2015 as a qualified Carpenter. His experience with the manufacture and installation of steel framing and attention to detail has won him the role he currently fulfills within our business.
Framecad Detailer
Daniel
Daniel has been with the company since late 2022. His experience of 15 years has been in Building Design. His enthusiasm to learn new skills and general knowledge has made for any easy transition in his new role as a detailer.

Mason
Mason first came to the business in 2019 as a School Base Student to learn Building Design. His work ethics over the past years has meant he is excelling in this field. His youth and charisma make him a valuable team player.

Chrissie
Chrissie has been with the company for 15 years. Whilst her talent and experience is in accounts, she is also a qualified Interior Designer and helps our clients in this field. She is also our 'Mother Hen' and keeps the team as one.

To meet the demands of new homeowners, builders, architects, councils and other government agencies, we operate a fully computerised manufacturing plant in Atherton. Using the latest technology, our extensively trained staff produces a variety of building components including steel wall frames, engineered trusses and inline floor systems to suit all applications, including sloping sites. Our unique construction method is designed specifically for cyclone areas throughout Queensland.
Superior Steel Frames was founded by Managing Director Alan Floreancig. Alan is a registered builder, with more than 25 years’ experience. Alan’s vision is to specialise in the manufacturing of eco-friendly, cost-effective and cyclone-resistant steel frame structures. His vast knowledge and experience guides our team to produce versatile and cost-competitive steel frame building components.
Over the past 21 years, Superior Steel Frames (previously known as Superior Steel Systems) has built a reputation for reliable delivery of precision manufacturing and personal, tailored customer service. Our Far North Queensland locally owned and operated business has helped in the construction of numerous homes and commercial projects throughout our service area of North Queensland. We continually strive to improve our quality and manufacturing methods in order to reduce costs and meet the needs of our growing clientele.
